1995 Impala SS
This is my daily driver. I bought it in October of 1999 from a fellow in Ohio. It was bone stock with 6709 miles and had never seen a rain drop. It still smelled new. My son (14 at the time) had never been on an airplane, so I bought a couple of one way tickets on Airtran for $69 each and off we went. This is the only car I've ever financed and actually paid off and kept. In fact, driving this car is one thing that I still look forward to every day; even if it does have over 205,000 miles on it now. This car has served me extremely well as a family car, a daily driver, and as a frequent emergency response vehicle for our volunteer fire and rescue service. I'm looking forward to replacing the current engine with a 383 if this one ever gets tired. By the way, many thanks to Joe Preast at Joe's Body Shop in Jeffersonville, GA for the new paint job.
